Texalta Petroleum, Ltd. engages in
the acquisition, exploration, and
development of oil and natural gas properties primarily in Saskatchewan
and Alberta, Canada. It holds a 100% working interest in two
exploration permits, EP 103 and 104 covering approximately 5.5 million
acres of prospective land in the Georgina Basin, Australia. Texalta
Petroleum also owns a 47.5% working interest in the Wordsworth project;
and a 25.55% working interest in the West Queensdale project. The
company was incorporated in 1987 and is based in Calgary, Canada.
